Hey! I’m Daniela, a crazy and adventurous ultramarathoner from Argentina living in the United States. I’m not an elite runner by any means, but I could say that I am an average runner.
This journey of running started in August 2011 when I noticed I had gained 30 pounds after six months from my arrival to the US. One of my friends gave me some advice on what to expect from running, and since then I haven’t stopped.
Running all 50 is not only about my long journey of running a marathon or an ultra in every single state but also about the training, the running community, and other races along the way.
The idea of running in all fifty states came up after I asked myself what my long term running goal was, I thought that it would be cool to run a 26.2 or more all over the US, and also to get to know more places (why not?).
So far, I’ve run more than 10 5K’s, 2 10K’s, 12 halves, 3 marathons, 7 ultras, and several other distances.
